I’m LaRahna Hughes—a visionary healer, spiritual architect, and lifelong truth-teller. My journey has been shaped by deep love, deep questions, and even deeper healing. With degrees in psychology, business, and a master’s in practical theology (concentrating in cell church development), I’ve spent over two decades weaving together the sacred and the strategic to heal people and rebuild community from the inside out.

I am the founder of RePioneering Church and the International Welcome Center, a global healing initiative based in Cuenca, Ecuador. My life’s work centers on one radical idea: trauma is the addiction, and healing is the medicine. Everything I do—from sermons to healing retreats to intentional village development—is about helping people return to their divine design and live in alignment with sustainable, love-centered values.

Through the Social Tech curriculum and our Heal, Together programming, I support individuals and communities in moving from survival to purpose, from fear to freedom. I write. I teach. I build. And I believe, with my whole healed heart, that revolution must come—not just to the systems around us, but to the houses and homes within us.
