Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any of the following problems, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:

• Your download link does not work
• The file is damaged or will not open
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product is significantly different from its description.

We will fix the problem, send you a working file.

To request help, email readngrowbookstore@gmail.com with your order email address and the name of the book. We usually reply within 1–2 working days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
