We offer digital products including children's storybooks in a unique two-book format:

• Book 1: Cartoon picture scenes + matching coloring pages
• Book 2: Same Cartoon picture scenes as Book 1 + Real-world photographs

3. Digital Product License 

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means:

• ✅ You may print copies for your child's personal use
• ✅ You may view the digital version on your personal devices
• ❌ You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, or upload our files to any public platform
• ❌ You may NOT extract, modify, or create derivative works from our content

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property 

All content and materials provided in our store, including stories, illustrations, photographs, and page designs, are the intellectual property of Read & Romp. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action. Each page is watermarked with our logo to protect our work.

5. User Conduct 

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass download limits or security features
• Share your downloaded files with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content

No Refunds or Exchanges

Because you receive instant access to downloadable PDF files upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

Exceptional Circumstances

A digital product may be eligible for a refund within 14 days only if it has not been downloaded . Contact us immediately at readromp24.store@gmail.com if you experience technical issues before downloading.

Chargeback Policy 

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will have to dispute it. We work hard to offer you the best products and ask that you reach out with any concerns before taking that step.

What do I get when I purchase?

Each story includes two complete PDFs: a cartoon picture story with coloring pages, and a real-photograph version for tablets and phones.

Can I get a refund after purchasing? 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for digital products. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a book, contact us before buying.

How do I download my files?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files by logging into your Payhip account.

Can I print the coloring pages?

Yes! The coloring pages are designed to print beautifully at 8.125 x 10.25 inches.

What if I have technical issues?

Can I share these files with others?
