
About Me
I started my culinary journey in grandma's kitchen. As a kid I loved licking the spoon when grandma would make her family favorite recipes. I also learned to discern the different tastes of spices and seasonings. I didn't realize at the time that I was developing my palate. I fell in love with cooking. I remember at 6 year old telling my mother she needed to add thyme and rosemary to her soup I was only 6 but I always knew my way around the kitchen!
