Then, click the buy button and follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely using PayPal or a credit/debit card. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link for your ebook.


2. How will I receive my ebook after purchasing?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a download link to your ebook. If you have any trouble accessing your ebook, please check your spam or "Promotions" folder.


3. How do I download my ebook to e-reader device?

For instructions on how to download your ebook to your specific device (e.g., Kindle, Apple Books, Android, PC), follow the instructions from the link in the email sent to you by help@bookfunnel.com. BookFunnel will show you how to download and enjoy your ebook.


4. I need help with my ebook download. Who should I contact?

If you experience any issues downloading your ebook, please contact BookFunnel’s customer support directly at help@bookfunnel.com. They are best equipped to assist with all ebook-related concerns.


5. Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming ebook releases?

Yes, we do! When you pre-order an ebook, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. The ebook will be delivered to your inbox on the release date.


6. Can I return or exchange an ebook?

Physical Books FAQs

1. How do I purchase a paperback from your store?

To purchase a paperback, browse our selection of physical books and select the title you want to buy. Click the buy button and follow the checkout process. We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Our paperbacks are shipped through our partner, BookVault, and international shipping is available. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. All shipping details will be provided at checkout.


3. How long will it take to receive my paperback order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


4. Can I return or exchange a paperback?

If you receive a damaged or defective paperback, please contact us at reina@reinazoric.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Please note that all other sales are final.
