I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and work as an independently contracted Project Manager for US-based marketing agencies, collaborating with international teams and brands — all while based in the Caribbean

It took nearly a year of job searching — full of trial and error, rejections, and constant tweaking — to figure out what really works. With each rejection (and there were plenty), I fine-tuned my resume, improved my online presence, and sharpened my interview skills. Eventually, I landed on a formula that helped me get more interviews and stand out.
