About Me

I'm Larrisa a personal trainer, and before that, a single mum who kept falling off every training plan I tried because none of them were built for an actual full life. I got tired of wasting time and money on programs that looked great on paper and left me drained, so I went and learned the science myself: how muscle actually grows, how recovery works, what's worth your time and what's just noise. 4 in 40 is everything that taught me, built into a plan that fits in the life you've already got.
