I believe small independent restaurants are more than just places to eat. They truly represent the heart and soul of our communities. They unite us in a divided world by speaking the universal language of good taste. Tragically, we've lost 10% of our restaurants to the Pandemic and economic factors. With this magazine, I want to help ensure that small local restaurant owners have the resources and knowledge to succeed in an ever-changing market.
