I'm a strategic program executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex, high-stakes initiatives at global organizations including Amazon and AT&T. Holding an MBA and a career built at the intersection of executive rigor and human-centered design, I have managed multi-million dollar budgets, led cross-functional global teams, and architected the frameworks that allow organizations and people to excel. However, my most significant work began where corporate credentials end.

After witnessing the systematic displacement of high-achieving Black women from the workforce, I founded Restore and Rise Collective LLC as a response to a call I could no longer ignore. The RISE Reset WorkbookTM was born from the same strategic discipline applied in boardrooms, now redirected toward the women who deserve that same level of investment in themselves. I write and build for the woman who is accomplished, capable, and temporarily without a room that recognizes it. My mission is to ensure that every rise is built on a foundation of restoration first.
