Founder’s Note — Why I Built RevBay Systems

I built RevBay Systems out of frustration — the kind you only understand after years under the hood.

As a mechanic and problem‑solver, I kept running into the same bottleneck: diagnostics took too long, and shops lost time chasing symptoms. Every day I thought, there has to be an easier way… and if there isn’t, I’ll create one.

So I did.

What started as a simple pipeline to organize symptoms and codes quickly evolved into a full diagnostic system — front and back. I engineered RevBay to think like a technician, communicate like a service advisor, and deliver results with the speed customers expect today.

RevBay exists because I refused to accept slow, outdated diagnostic workflows.

Now you have the same system I built for myself — fast, accurate, and designed for real‑world shops.
