RhadaBloom digital products are delivered or made available for download immediately after checkout. Before purchasing, please review the product description, included files, age or skill fit, printing requirements and personal family-use licence.

After a file has been downloaded or accessed, RhadaBloom normally does not refund solely because a customer changed their mind, selected the wrong product or no longer needs the resource. This does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer right.

Please email mylove.ticha@gmail.com as soon as possible with the order reference if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;

• the purchased file was not delivered or cannot be accessed;

• the file is materially different from its description;

• the file is corrupt or materially defective and replacement access does not solve the problem; or

• applicable law gives you a cancellation, refund or other remedy.

RhadaBloom may offer troubleshooting, a corrected file, replacement access or a refund as appropriate. Any mandatory cancellation period or remedy under applicable law takes priority over this policy. Never send full payment-card details by email.
