All items sold by Out Da Mud Designs are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped. Files are delivered instantly after purchase via email link. Please download your files within 3 days to ensure access.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you encounter a corrupted file or download issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resend the files or provide technical support.

Custom Orders

• Custom design requests are available for an additional fee.
• Turnaround times vary depending on complexity; details will be discussed before payment.
• Previews may be provided. Once approved, custom orders are final and non-refundable.
• There will be a RE-UPLOAD FEE of $3, if you lose or misplace your original purchase or fail to download within the designated download time frame.
