By purchasing, downloading, or using any products from this shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

1. Eligibility

2. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the 3D model strictly for personal use only. Private Uploads only.

You may:

- Download and store the model for personal projects.

- Use the avatar for streaming and other social media content as long as credit is given and linked to my store.

- You’re welcome to use any assets I’ve created (credited as Riimurae) for your own personal non-commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these assets in any form.

You may not:

- Resell, sublicense, distribute, price split or share the model.

- Modify and redistribute the model, whether for free or for sale.

- Use the model in any way that violates any law or regulation.

- Use any assets on the avatar for public or commercial use.

3. Payment

All sales are final. Refunds are not available as this is a Digital Product. Kindly ensure you're confident in your purchase before finalizing it. I am NOT responsible for any accidental purchases.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use or purchase of the Product.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Breaking ANY of these terms will lead to a ban/black list and revoked access to the product. Along with legal DMCA action.
