Riimurae Terms of Service

Effective Immediately Upon Purchase

Thank you for supporting Riimurae!

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Riimurae digital product (“Products”), you agree to the Terms listed below.

Completing your purchase or accessing the files means you understand and accept these Terms.

Your continued use of any Product counts as ongoing agreement.

1. License Overview:

Upon purchasing a Product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Product as permitted under these Terms.

Please keep in mind:

• You are purchasing a license, not ownership.
• All rights remain with Riimurae.
• Your license is issued to you only and cannot be shared, given, or transferred to another person.

2. Purchasing for Someone Else:

If you want to buy a Product for another person, please use Payhip’s official gift feature.

This is the only approved method for transferring a Product license.

3. Prohibited Actions:

3.1 Redistribution & Unauthorized Sharing

You agree not to:

• Share, leak, upload, or distribute any Product files (Unity packages, FBX, textures, meshes, animations, PSDs, etc.)
• Make files available to anyone else in any format
• Upload the Product as Public in VRChat

3.2 Editing & Asset Use

You are welcome to edit Riimurae Products for your own use.

However, you may not:

• Reuse extracted assets in other projects
• Claim any part of the Product as your own creation
• Provide files to an editor unless they also own the same Product

3.3 Commission Work

If you hire someone to edit or work on a Product:

• Both you and the commissioned editor must own a license to the Product
• Shared purchases, group buys, or price splitting are not allowed

3.4 Adult Content Guidelines

NSFW modifications are allowed only if both you and the character are legal adults

Explicit content may be shared publicly as long as you are 18+ and the content follows all applicable laws and platform rules

3.5 Anti-Piracy Rules

You may not:

• Rip, extract, reverse-engineer, or recreate Product assets
• Participate in or support piracy communities, ripping groups, or asset-sharing servers

4. Providing Accurate Information:

You agree that any usernames you provide at checkout (such as VRChat or Discord) are accurate.

This information may be used to confirm license ownership if needed.

5. License Types:

5.1 Personal Use License

You may use Products for:

• Private VRChat uploads
• Personal edits and customization

You may not use a Personal Use license for:

• Commission work you are selling
• Free models
• Commercial avatars or products

5.2 Commercial Use License

(Only applicable for Products where a commercial license is offered.)

This license allows:

• Use of the Product in avatars or models you sell
• Use in commission work

Requirements:

• Credit Riimurae with a link to the original Product page
• Clients receive the final avatar/model only — not the standalone Product files

6. Editing & Modification Rules:

You may customize Products made by Riimurae freely for your own use.

However, you may not:

• Resell edited versions as standalone products
• Use them to create hateful, extremist, or graphic gore content
• Share edited files in any way that allows others to extract the assets

7. License Revocation:

Your license may be revoked without refund if you:

• Violate any part of these Terms
• Participate in piracy or unauthorized distribution
• Attempt a chargeback or payment reversal

If your license is revoked, you must permanently delete all Product files.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks:

All sales are final.

By downloading any Product, you agree that you:

• Waive the right to refunds or returns
• Will not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals

Chargebacks violate these Terms and may result in the removal of access to all previously purchased Products.

9. Checkout Agreement:

By completing a purchase, you:

• Confirm that you have read and understand these Terms
• Agree to be legally bound by them
• Acknowledge that a purchase cannot be completed without accepting them
• Understand that these Terms form a binding agreement upon purchase

10. Copyright & DMCA Enforcement

All Riimurae Products are protected under copyright law.

Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution may result in:

• DMCA takedowns
• Loss of access to purchased Products
• Legal action and claims for damages
• Reports to VRChat or relevant platforms

11. Acceptance:

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Riimurae Product, you confirm that you understand and agree to all Terms listed above.
