I’m Karimah Davis, a 27-year-old professional track and field athlete, NCAA champion, All-American, and World Athletics Relays silver medalist. Throughout my athletic career, I’ve learned that success requires more than physical ability. It requires mental discipline, confidence, and the ability to navigate self-doubt and overthinking.

Having personally struggled with overthinking both on and off the track, I created The Mind Wins First to share practical guidance and lessons from my own journey. My goal is to help athletes and everyday individuals develop a stronger mindset, manage their thoughts, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
