Welcome to Riverside Roleplay. By purchasing any product from our store, you agree to the following terms.

❌ NO REFUNDS – STRICT POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, except in the case of a verified accidental purchase (see below).

There are NO refunds for:

• Changing your mind
• Being banned or warned on our server
• Misunderstanding a product
• Server updates that affect items
• Technical issues on your end (e.g., lag, crashes)
• Delayed delivery due to missing info

Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Riverside Roleplay platforms.

✅ ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES (Limited Exception)

If you made an accidental purchase, you must contact us within 1 hour of the payment.

• After 1 hour, no refund or credit will be given.
• All accidental claims must include proof and match Payhip records.

🛒 DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

All items sold are virtual goods for use in our FiveM server. These may include:

• In-game currency or perks
• Priority queue or VIP roles
• Custom vehicles, housing, or clothing
• Discord roles

Items hold no real-world value and are non-transferable.

⏱ DELIVERY

• Delivery may take up to 72 hours, depending on item type and queue.
• You must provide accurate Discord or FiveM info.
• Delays caused by missing info are not eligible for refunds.

🚫 BANS & RULE VIOLATIONS

If you're banned from our server or Discord for violating rules:

• You will not receive a refund
• You forfeit access to any purchased items
• Staff decisions are final

• Riverside Roleplay is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or the FiveM Project.
• By purchasing, you waive your right to EU/UK digital content withdrawal rules.
• Purchases are considered used and consumed upon delivery.
