Showcase TOS

I require avatar code for myself on top of the showcase.

Dancers:

• If dancers are from my team, you must provide the required dancer code(s) for them yo obtain the avatar for their work.
• If proper codes are not provided, the commission will not proceed until resolved an/or result in no longer taking a commission from you.

Payment is required once the video is completed and previewed.

Failure to pay after completion may result in refusal of future commissions.

• Minor adjustments (timing, camera angles, small edits) may be requested if discussed beforehand.
• Major changes or reworks may require an additional fee.
• No revisions will be made after final approval unless agreed upon.

Turnaround time will be discussed and estimated before work begins.

Delays caused by missing avatars, codes, or late responses may extend completion time.

You may use the showcase video for personal promotion, sales pages, and social media.

Proper credit is required unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in advance.

No refunds once work has started.

If the commission is canceled before work begins, a refund may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Any harassment, rushing, or disrespect may result in the commission being canceled without refund.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at my discretion.
