Robert Hall (Bob)
An autobiography involves an individual narrating their own life experiences. One item we can certainly agree upon is we were all born into time. My parents were old enough to be my grandparents, Dad was born in 1896. The subject of God never came up in our home, my parents weren't churchgoers. However, as a young child, I was taught a bedtime prayer, “Now I lay me down to sleep I pray to you Lord my soul to keep, if I should die before I awake I pray to you Lord My soul to take.” So deeply ingrained in me was a belief in a higher power. My manuscripts took over 10 years to write and countless hours of editing. We have all had our share of heartache, an old friend once said that the definition of hell is seeing no hope, at all, in anything. That is so true, I’ve been there. This deep despair even has a name, it’s called “The Dark Night Of The Soul”. I can honestly say my greatest times of spiritual growth were after such episodes. Perhaps, you may feel the same. My manuscripts are dedicated to all living in this “grand dream illusion.” Bob
