We are writing to you in regards to your letter sent __/__/___ and opened on __/__/____
It is our understanding that parties go to court to settle a dispute or a disagreement. Yet we are in agreement?
1. We have agreed to pay on verification of your claim.
2. Your company, Office of State Revenue ABN: ___________, has been unable to verify that the legal identity ___________ was in operation at the said time of the alleged infringement. This is why it is alleged!!!
3. This could be done by providing a contract or Government pay slips, showing us were performing a function of Government at the time. (___________ being a government name).
4. Being a common law man, We may travel the commons (our birthright) freely, without license or restriction, as long as we do no harm.
5. ______________, do you dispute this? Are you claiming we are not a free man and must do as your company demands?
6. We have looked up all the acts ( not laws ) you cite and they have yet to commence. Why is that?
How can you be a Government and a business?

8. Under the Commonwealth of Australia Crimes Act. Act 12 of 1914 (with Royal Assent, not repealed): “Commonwealth officer” means any person holding office under the Commonwealth, and includes any person permanently or temporarily employed in the Public Service of the Commonwealth, or in or in connexion with the Naval or Military Forces of the Commonwealth, or in the service of any public authority under the Commonwealth and includes an officer of the Commonwealth Bank.
Any person who, without lawful authority (proof whereof shall lie upon him) and with intent to deceive makes any mark resembling, or apparently intended to resemble or pass for, any authorized official stamp or mark of any department of the Commonwealth or of any public authority under the Commonwealth, shall be guilty of an offense. Penalty: Imprisonment for two years. Any person who- personates any Commonwealth officer on an occasion when the latter is required to do any act or attend in any place by virtue of his office or employment; or falsely represents himself to be a Commonwealth officer, and assumes to do any act or attend in any place for the purpose of doing any act by virtue of his pretended office or employment, shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty: Imprisonment for two years.
9. Can you please verify that you are really a Government and not a business? That is; A department of the de jure Commonwealth of Australia. (not the” Australian Government” ) ?
10. _________________, do you need an interpreter? You and your company have not indicated any understanding of what we are saying. None of your replies have addressed my questions. Are you competent?
11. Are we conversing with robots who can do nothing but what a machine tells them?
