• Do not upload any of my avatars publicly
• Do not share any of the avatar files with anyone including you s/o
• Do not take assets of my avatars, if you want an asset buy it from the original creator links are provided
• Do not resell my avatars/edited versions of them
• Do not claim my avatars as your own
• If I stop selling an avatar please do not share/make public/claim as your own
• You may use my avatars for streaming purposes; Youtube/Twitch/etc - Must include credit to my shop.
• Due to the fact that they are digital products which cannot be returned, I will not do refunds so don't bother asking

" Asset TOS "

• You must credit rommi, with a link to my store if you use any of my assets
• Please do not share the files with anyone including your s/o, if someone wants an asset redirect them to my store
• You may use my assets on avatars used for streaming purposes; Youtube/Twitch/etc - Must include credit to my shop.
• You may use my assets on public avatars, not allowed on free avatars or nitro avatars
• If you do use my assets commercially please inform your customers that they cannot take that asset from your model, if they want it they need to directly purchase it from me
