Scope & Age

These avatar packages are sold for personal use only and are intended only for individuals aged 18 or older.
By purchasing or using the package you confirm that you are 18+.

Do NOT purchase this avatar if you do not have a PC and basic knowledge of Unity.
The package may require Unity/PC to set up and upload to VRChat.

Upon purchase you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal-use license to use the avatar in VRChat (unless a different platform license is explicitly provided).
Personal use includes wearing and streaming the avatar only if you hold the personal license or a separate commercial license obtained from the author.

Do not leak, share, trade, split prices, resell, or otherwise make the avatar package publicly accessible in any way.
Do not upload the avatar or any part of it to file-sharing, piracy, or public download websites.
Do not make the model, edits, or any derived versions public (e.g., public repositories, model-sharing sites, Patreon releases) unless you have explicit written permission.
Do not decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, or otherwise attempt to access source assets (sculpts, textures, meshes, blend files, prefabs, etc.).
Do not reuse, repurpose, or take parts of the assets for other avatars or projects, whether for personal or commercial purposes.
Do not import these models into games other than VRChat (unless the seller explicitly grants a separate license).
Do not edit and then upload the avatar on behalf of someone else — each person must own their own license.
Do not purchase or use the avatar if you are unable to keep it private and secure.

Reselling is strictly forbidden, even if you significantly edit, recolor, or otherwise modify the avatar.
Edits or recolors do not transfer ownership or create a new sellable asset.

If purchasing an avatar as a gift, use the gifting option at checkout and provide the recipient’s Discord and VRChat username exactly.
Failure to provide accurate recipient information may prevent license transfer.
The seller reserves the right to revoke access or usage rights if terms are violated or transfer data is incorrect.

My avatars are for personal use only.
You may not use them for commercial purposes — including monetized streams, promotional content, paid appearances, or any other way of making money — unless you have my prior permission.
I may offer a commercial streaming license. If you want to use my avatar for monetized content or promotions, contact me first to discuss terms.

I’m not responsible if a future game update breaks the avatar.
Unless agreed on support in writing, I do not have to provide fixes or updates.
You are responsible for keeping the avatar working with new game or platform changes.

If you share, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the avatar commercially without permission, I can immediately revoke your license.
I may remove accounts or distribution access if applicable and pursue legal action when needed.
I reserve the right to take these steps if the terms are violated.

The avatar is provided “as-is.”
I disclaim liability for any damage, loss, or problems resulting from installing, using, or updating the avatar.
By using the avatar you accept the risks associated with this digital product.

Do not distribute purchase receipts, package files, or direct download links.
Keep the package private.
Do not share files with third parties unless each recipient has purchased their own license.

For commercial licenses, multi-seat/team licenses, gifting help, or license transfers, contact me before making changes or transferring access.

You CANNOT take parts for personal or commercial use.
You CANNOT import any of my models into games other than VRChat (unless explicitly permitted).
You CANNOT edit or upload an avatar for someone who does not own it themselves.

These terms are written to protect my work and clarify buyer responsibilities.
If you want these terms to be legally binding in a specific country or need additional clauses (governing law, arbitration, etc.), consult a qualified attorney.
