Hey, I'm Phoebe Rose, founder of Rose Performance Training.

My passion for strength and performance started as a collegiate athlete and grew through earning my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach, and working as an Exercise Physiologist.

Through my education and experience, I realized that real strength isn't just about lifting more weight, it's about moving better.

That's why I created Rose Performance Training: to help people build strength, improve movement, and enhance performance through structured, purposeful training.
