Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place:
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, including (but not limited to):
- Room & linen sprays
- Cleaning products
- Wax melts
- Incense
- Bath & body items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box/packaging (if damaged)
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check:
- Your mailbox/porch
- With neighbors or household members
- With your local post office/carrier
If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will help you with next steps.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
