Royalty School is a DBA (doing-business-as) of The Module Lab LLC. Royalty School, The Module Lab LLC, "we," "us," and "our" are used interchangeably in the text below and refer to the same legal entity.

This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you purchase any of our digital courses and materials. We believe in keeping things simple and secure. We do not track you beyond what's needed to process your purchase, we do not sell your data, and we collect only the minimum required to deliver what you bought.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Because we offer digital courses and materials, the primary piece of personal information we collect is your email address, along with standard payment processing information handled securely by our payment provider (Payhip and Stripe). We do not directly store or have access to your full payment card details.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your email address for exactly two reasons:

- To automatically deliver access to your purchased courses and materials, along with any purchase confirmation

- To respond to you if you contact us with a question about your purchase

3. WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not track your activity across other websites.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Purchases are processed through Payhip and Stripe, both of which have their own privacy policies governing payment data. We encourage you to review their policies as well, since payment information is handled directly by them, not by us.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your purchase and email information only as long as necessary to provide you continued access to your courses and materials and to comply with standard business recordkeeping requirements.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file for you, or to request that your information be deleted, subject to any recordkeeping we're required to maintain for tax or legal purposes.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our courses and materials after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
