After completing your order, a download link will appear on the confirmation page and will also be sent to your email.

Your digital files are sent to the email address you used during checkout.

If you can’t find it, please make sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as it may have been filtered by your email provider.

If you purchased a ZIP folder, make sure to unzip it on your device (desktop or mobile) to access the individual print files.

For the best results, print on high-quality matte or satin-finish paper with a heavier weight (minimum 200

GSM). This will enhance the colors and details, ensuring a professional look. Glossy paper is not

recommended for most designs, as it may cause glare.
