Russell Clayton is a college professor and wellbeing coach based in Tampa Bay, FL. When not visiting Disney World with his wife and two daughters, you can find him teaching, writing, or coaching. He earned a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Mississippi and an undergrad (B.S.) degree in business administration from Auburn University.
Russell’s work on wellbeing and related topics has been covered in the Harvard Business Review, NBC News, and Fox News, among others. His academic research has been published in various peer-reviewed journals such as Human Resource Management and Organization Management Journal.
He was awarded the 2020 Mid-Career Distinguished Educator Award by the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society for his contributions in the college classroom.
