TERMS, CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY

THE SANTOSHA NICOLE EXPERIENCE

Event Date: August 8, 2026

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

By purchasing a ticket to The Santosha Nicole Experience, the purchaser and attending guest agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy.

Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

All ticket purchases for The Santosha Nicole Experience are final and nonrefundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • A change in the purchaser’s personal plans.
  • Scheduling conflicts.
  • Illness or medical circumstances.
  • Transportation or travel issues.
  • Failure to attend the event.
  • Late arrival.
  • Early departure.
  • Failure to review the event details before purchasing.
  • Dissatisfaction resulting from personal preferences.
  • Removal from the event for violating event rules.
  • Any other circumstance outside the organizer’s reasonable control.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming the event date, time, location, ticket type, and other event details before submitting payment.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

2. EARLY BIRD AND GENERAL-ADMISSION PRICING

Early Bird tickets are available for a limited time and in limited quantities.

Once the Early Bird offer ends or the allocated Early Bird tickets sell out, the regular ticket price will apply.

Guests who purchase tickets at a later or higher price are not entitled to receive the earlier promotional rate.

Likewise, guests who purchase during the Early Bird period will not be charged an additional amount if the ticket price later increases.

Promotional prices, discounts, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

3. PAYMENT PLANS AND DEPOSITS

When a payment-plan or deposit option is offered, the initial payment reserves the guest’s ticket under the terms presented at checkout.

All deposits and installment payments are nonrefundable.

The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline. Failure to pay the balance by that deadline may result in:

  • Cancellation of the ticket reservation.
  • Loss of the reserved seat.
  • Loss of all payments previously submitted.
  • Release of the ticket for purchase by another guest.

A guest will not be considered fully registered until all required payments have been received.

Payment deadlines will not automatically be extended.

4. TICKET TRANSFERS

If a purchaser can no longer attend, the ticket may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from the organizer.

Transfer requests must be submitted before the transfer deadline communicated for the event.

The purchaser may be required to provide:

  • The original purchaser’s full name.
  • The original order information.
  • The new guest’s full name.
  • The new guest’s email address.
  • Any additional information needed to update the guest list.

A ticket may not be resold for more than its original purchase price.

The organizer is not responsible for disputes, payments, or representations made between private individuals regarding a ticket transfer.

Tickets obtained through an unauthorized seller, duplicate listing, fraudulent transaction, or unapproved resale may be rejected.

5. EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER

If The Santosha Nicole Experience is completely canceled by the organizer and no replacement date is offered, eligible purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket amount paid directly to the organizer.

Unless otherwise required by law, the organizer will not be responsible for reimbursing additional expenses, including:

  • Transportation.
  • Airfare.
  • Lodging.
  • Parking.
  • Childcare.
  • Clothing.
  • Vendor purchases.
  • Lost wages.
  • Processing costs charged by outside providers.
  • Any other personal or travel-related expense.

Guests are encouraged to avoid making nonrefundable travel arrangements without considering the possibility of unexpected event changes.

6. EVENT RESCHEDULING

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.

A change in date, time, venue, program schedule, speaker, host, vendor, performer, menu, activity, or event feature does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund.

The organizer will communicate material event updates using the contact information provided during registration.

Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and reviewing event communications.

7. EVENT MODIFICATIONS

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event when necessary.

Changes may include, but are not limited to:

  • The schedule.
  • Venue room or setup.
  • Speakers, hosts, vendors, or entertainment.
  • Food or beverage selections.
  • Merchandise.
  • Swag-bag contents.
  • Activities.
  • Seating arrangements.
  • Photography areas.
  • Program features.

Promotional materials are intended to describe the anticipated event experience. Specific items, brands, vendors, activities, gifts, or program elements may be modified or substituted based on availability, safety, operational needs, or circumstances outside the organizer’s control.

Such reasonable changes do not entitle a guest to a refund.

8. RESERVED SEATING

Reserved seating is subject to availability and the ticket type purchased.

Guests must comply with the seating assignments or instructions provided by the organizer.

Reserved seats may not be exchanged, reassigned, or held for an unregistered guest without approval.

Guests arriving late may be seated at an appropriate time or in an alternate available location to avoid disrupting the event.

The organizer does not guarantee that transferred tickets will retain personalized seating arrangements unless the transfer has been approved and updated before the applicable deadline.

9. SWAG BAGS, GIFTS, AND MERCHANDISE

Swag bags, gifts, promotional products, merchandise, and other complimentary items are subject to availability.

When swag bags are included with a qualifying ticket, one bag will be prepared for each eligible confirmed ticket holder.

Swag bags may not be prepared for unpaid reservations, incomplete registrations, canceled payment plans, or unconfirmed guests.

Specific products shown in promotional materials may be replaced with comparable items when necessary.

Swag bags and complimentary items:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be returned for a refund.
  • May not be mailed or delivered to guests who fail to attend unless the organizer expressly agrees otherwise.

Guests must claim included items during the event or within any pickup period announced by the organizer.

10. FOOD, BEVERAGES, AND ALLERGIES

Food and beverages may be provided as part of the event experience.

Guests are responsible for reviewing available information and notifying the organizer of known allergies or dietary restrictions by any stated deadline.

The organizer cannot guarantee that food or beverage items will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Guests with severe allergies or medical dietary requirements should exercise their own judgment before consuming any item.

Alcoholic beverages, when available, will be served only to guests who satisfy legal age and identification requirements.

The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse alcoholic-beverage service to any guest.

11. GUEST CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

The organizer or venue may deny entry or remove a guest for conduct including:

  • Harassment.
  • Threats.
  • Fighting.
  • Disruptive behavior.
  • Excessive intoxication.
  • Damage to the venue or property.
  • Unsafe conduct.
  • Unauthorized selling or solicitation.
  • Failure to follow event or venue instructions.
  • Conduct that interferes with another guest’s experience.

A guest denied entry or removed for violating these expectations will not receive a refund.

Guests may be financially responsible for damage they cause.

12. EVENT ADMISSION

Guests may be required to present:

  • A valid ticket or confirmation.
  • The purchaser’s name.
  • Valid identification.
  • Proof of age when alcohol is served.
  • Any additional information reasonably required for admission.

Duplicate, altered, fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or unauthorized tickets will not be accepted.

The organizer reserves the right to verify ticket ownership before admitting a guest.

13. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA RELEASE

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and other media capture may occur during The Santosha Nicole Experience.

By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, audio recordings, promotional content, social-media posts, advertisements, or other event-related media.

Attendees grant the organizer permission to use event footage and images for lawful business, promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

A guest who has a serious privacy concern should contact the organizer before the event. Although reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate the request, the organizer cannot guarantee exclusion from all background or crowd footage.

Guests may not interfere with the event’s authorized photographers or recording team.

14. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The organizer, venue, vendors, staff, and contractors are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should keep valuables secure throughout the event.

15. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending, each guest voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with participating in an in-person event.

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in event activities.

The organizer may modify, pause, or discontinue any activity when reasonably necessary for guest safety, venue compliance, or event operations.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

16. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND SERVICES

The event may include independent vendors, venues, entertainers, caterers, photographers, transportation providers, payment processors, or other third parties.

These third parties may operate under their own terms and policies.

The organizer is not responsible for an independent third party’s separate products, representations, conduct, or services, except as required by applicable law.

Questions regarding a third-party purchase should be directed to the business that processed or fulfilled that purchase.

17. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Purchasers agree to contact the organizer first regarding legitimate concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel these terms or establish a right to a refund.

The organizer may provide the payment processor or financial institution with:

  • The purchase confirmation.
  • Event description.
  • Checkout disclosures.
  • Refund policy.
  • Communication records.
  • Proof of ticket delivery.
  • Proof of attendance or admission.
  • Any other information relevant to the disputed transaction.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in cancellation of the ticket and refusal of future purchases, subject to applicable law.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

The organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

  • Severe weather.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Public-health emergencies.
  • Government orders.
  • Venue closures.
  • Utility failures.
  • Transportation disruptions.
  • Labor disruptions.
  • Civil disturbances.
  • Security concerns.
  • Acts of God.
  • Other emergencies or unforeseen events.

When reasonably possible, the organizer may reschedule the event, relocate it, provide an alternative experience, or communicate another appropriate resolution.

Refund eligibility in such circumstances will be determined based on the specific situation, contractual obligations, applicable law, and whether the event is canceled or rescheduled.

19. ACCURATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Purchasers are responsible for entering accurate information during checkout.

The organizer is not responsible for missed confirmations or event updates caused by:

  • An incorrect email address.
  • An inactive email account.
  • Full inbox storage.
  • Spam or junk-mail filtering.
  • Incorrect telephone information.
  • Failure to review communications.

Guests should retain their receipt and ticket confirmation.

20. PRICING AND FEES

The total required ticket price and any mandatory fees will be disclosed during the purchasing process.

Optional purchases, merchandise, upgrades, taxes, shipping, or other charges will be disclosed when applicable.

Guests should review the complete order total before submitting payment.

21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser confirms that they:

  • Have reviewed the event details.
  • Understand that ticket sales are final and nonrefundable except as expressly stated in this policy.
  • Agree to the payment terms.
  • Agree to the event rules.
  • Have authority to accept these terms for themselves and any tickets purchased on behalf of others.
  • Will inform accompanying guests of the applicable event rules and policies.

A purchaser who does not agree with these terms should not complete the transaction.

22. POLICY UPDATES

The organizer may update these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that transaction, unless a later change is required by law, protects guest safety, or does not materially reduce the purchaser’s rights.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction over the matter, unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution process.

25. CONTACT

Questions concerning tickets, transfers, event details, or this policy should be submitted through the official contact information listed on The Santosha Nicole Experience website.

Please include the purchaser’s full name, email address, and order information when requesting assistance.

IMPORTANT REFUND NOTICE

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.

A ticket may be eligible for transfer with prior written approval. If the organizer completely cancels the event and does not offer a replacement date, eligible ticket purchasers will receive a refund of the ticket amount paid directly to the organizer.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy.
