Refunds & Digital Downloads

Digital products

SEND & Seen products are digital downloads. No physical product will be sent unless this is clearly stated on the individual product page.

Our digital resources are designed to be available for download following purchase.

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content normally have a 14-day right to cancel. Where you expressly agree to receive your digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, the usual 14-day cancellation right will no longer apply.

Because digital products cannot be returned once supplied, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind after the digital content has been supplied in these circumstances.

If something isn't right

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your download is faulty, cannot be accessed, is not as described, or you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact SEND & Seen and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us so we can review it.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
