Hello, I’m Genevieve Joseph-Williams, founder and CEO of SEND at Heart.
I'm a mother and educator, awarded the distinction of Specialist Leader of Education in SEND (SLE) by my borough. I've worked at every level of the system: classroom, school leadership and Local Authority, supporting hundreds of families across London through every stage of the SEND journey. I believe every child carries something unique and extraordinary within them. Finding that magic is what drives everything I create. At SEND at Heart, my support is structured, compassionate and built on decades of real experience because every child deserves to be truly seen and every parent deserves to feel confident walking alongside them.
