Ownership and Credit

Claiming ownership of any work created by South Georgia Fleet Services is strictly prohibited. All designs, models, and other assets remain the intellectual property of South Georgia Fleet Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments and Refunds

All sales are final unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by South Georgia Fleet Services administration.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Significant time and effort are dedicated to every product and commission. We respect our customers and expect the same respect in return.

Vehicle Models

Unlocking, decompiling, redistributing, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to any vehicle model or asset is prohibited.

Leaked or Stolen Assets

South Georgia Fleet Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has leaked, stolen, redistributed, or knowingly used unauthorized assets.

Commission Cancellation

South Georgia Fleet Services reserves the right to cancel, pause, or discontinue any work in progress when deemed necessary. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined based on the amount of work already completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Reselling and Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, trade, leak, upload, or give away any model, design, or asset purchased from South Georgia Fleet Services without prior written permission.

Violating these terms may result in revoked access to purchased products, cancellation of current commissions, refusal of future service, and removal from South Georgia Fleet Services communities or platforms.
