2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — including screen print transfers, digital downloads, classes, and memberships — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

3. When do you ship orders?

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days, starting from the next business day after purchase. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

4. What are your business hours?

We are open Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. excluding major holidays. Our support team is available during these hours to assist you with any questions or concerns.

5. Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! If you're in the Columbia/Elgin SC area, you can select local pick-up at checkout. We’ll send you an email with pick-up details once your order is ready. Pick-up is available Monday–Friday,

6. How long do custom transfer orders take?

Custom orders typically take 1–15 business days to process before shipping. Please plan accordingly and add extra time during holidays or sales.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options to make your checkout experience fast and easy.

8. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Use it to stay updated on your delivery status.
