Terms of Service
- Follow both store and product TOS.
- All work sold here is copyright protected. We highly advise you not to steal from us.
- NO REFUNDS. These are digital products, therefore we cannot grant any refunds.
- Do not purchase from us if you have little-to-no experience with Unity or Blender. We, as creators, are not responsible if anything breaks during upload/import. We also will not upload/import for you.
- Credit us if you use our assets and textures commercially and/or personally.
- Do not leak, rip, or claim as your own [a.k.a steal]. Seriously. It's pathetic. Don't steal from us. It won't make your sad life any better. It will just get you [and whoever helps you] banned and blacklisted. We will also notify other creators if we see you are in different VRChat based discord servers.
- We are NOT responsible if any products break due to any VRChat updates.
- You are allowed to make edits to assets and avatars ONLY... HOWEVER, you are not allowed to remove any credit tags from the creations. You are also not allowed to remove or resell any assets from the avatars to use on your own. You must purchase them from the creators in order to use them for your own creations.
- Do not share your purchase. [i.e.; Do not share the files with anyone to upload for you, do not buy for yourself and then also give the same package to a friend/significant other... If you'd like to gift a package to anyone, you must purchase again and type in their Discord name and tag as well as their VRChat username. Anyone caught breaking this TOS rule will be blacklisted and banned immediately. So... Don't get caught...]
- Do not DM creators [unless for commissions] or team members about avatar/asset/texture help. Use the server to ask for help.
Purchasing from us is your way of stating that you have read and agree to abide by our Terms of Service.
Failure to follow these, and any, rules & TOS of our store will result in the following;
- Blacklisting
- Ban from server AND all products [you are not allowed to use any products from us and our creators, even if you've purchased them]
- Lawsuit
- All creators will be notified about you
