Hello and welcome!
I'm SY, a busy working mum who understands how challenging it can be to balance work, family, and healthy eating. Between busy mornings, work deadlines, school runs, and family life, finding time to prepare nutritious meals can often feel overwhelming.
My own health journey inspired me to discover the incredible benefits of millets. As I focused on making healthier food choices, I found that millets became a wonderful addition to my family's meals. They're versatile, filling, and a simple way to enjoy wholesome breakfasts.
This cookbook was created to share easy, practical recipes that fit into real life. Whether your goal is to enjoy more whole grains, prepare nourishing breakfasts for your family, or simply add more variety to your mornings, I hope these recipes make healthy cooking enjoyable and achievable.
As a mum, I believe that looking after our own health is one of the greatest gifts we can give our families. When we feel our best, we have more energy to care for the people we love.
