SNG Works sells digital products delivered electronically.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, refunds for a change of mind are generally not offered, except where required by applicable law.

If a product is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description, or does not function despite meeting its stated requirements, please contact us through our store's contact page.

We will work to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, a corrected download, or a replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund or other appropriate remedy will be provided.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
