▪️ Prices vary based on scene and character complexity.

▪️ Work-in-progress screenshots provided at every stage.

▪️ Rush orders accepted with extra cost.

▪️ Artworks are for personal use and non-commercial.

▪️ My signature & watermarks must remain on all public posts.

▪️ High-resolution artwork's are sent via DeviantArt Sta.sh link or email after completion.

▪️ Turnaround time ranges from 6 months to 9 months; circumstances like illness or family matter's may cause Huge delays.

▪️ Any Commission form must be filled and sent as proof of agreeing to TOS & TOU.

▪️ I retain full copyright of all created artwork.

▪️ My art is not for use in NFT projects, blockchain tech, or AI training.

▪️ My art is not to be edited except for personal Icon or banner/Wallpaper use.

▪️ I have the right to cancel & refund at my discretion.

▪️ I have the right to post work publicly unless agreed otherwise.

▪️ I may blacklist for negative behavior, harassment, constant update ask's & Etc.

▪️ Client's can upload commissioned art to personal online galleries with full credit to the Artist (aka: Me).

▪️ Client's can use artwork for personal purposes like wallpaper/Banner's or icon.

▪️ Client's may request works-in-progress screenshots.

▪️ Client's may request edits, additional fees for major changes.

▪️ Client's will receive a possible refund if canceled before work starts.

▪️ Client's can request a payment plans for larger commissions.

▪️ Payment Must be full & upfront in USD via PayPal (Friends & Family option only), Cash-app or My Payhip page.

▪️ A Payment plan for larger commissions if requested.

▪️ Failure to pay may result in losing the commission interlay.

▪️ No refunds if unsatisfied with finished product (provided WIP screenshots).

▪️ refund's are not accepted at late stages-(Line art/coloring & Shading); art given as-is or repurposed.

▪️ All refunds are processed within a year (or less)

▪️ Refunds are not available for Any Adoptable's, Base's, Bundle's & Membership/Subscription's that you may buy from any of my shop's.

▪️ Charging back an artist is a crime. Once client pays for the commission and charge-backs later (no matter if the commission is finished or not): that client is reported and blacklisted. With NO RIGHTS to keep the adoptables nor art made by me.

▪️ Please contact me ASAP for cancellations with a reason.

▪️ Repeated cancellations can lead to blacklisting.

▪️ All refunds accepted depend on cancellation stage.

▪️ Client agrees to all terms by sending filled out forms or sending payment.

▪️ Violation results in instant cancellation of your order & backlisting.
