Ken has over 30 years experience in sales. Fifteen plus of those years have been in retail, from being a partner in a million dollar turn over business, to starting up a shop in a small country town.
The other 15 years have been spent selling a wide range of goods and services - from welding equipment to finance, at every level of the sales profession.
Ken has developed this manual based on that practical experience.
Plus the collective knowledge from an extensive number of books on sales, motivation, psychology and business management which he has distilled and collated into a clear, easy to understand plan for selling.
Ken also has a Certificate 4 in workplace assessment and training, so the manual is based on proven principles for adult education.
