Hello, I'm Sabine van der Zwan, and welcome.

I've never set out to become an author.

I've simply always been curious.

When a subject captures my interest, I want to understand it properly. I read, research, ask questions, learn from experience, and keep going until it makes sense. Somewhere along the way, I realised that if I was searching for answers, chances are someone else was too.

That was the reason I wrote my first book.

It wasn't about publishing a book for the sake of it. It was about sharing everything I had learned about the Thai Bangkaew Dog, a remarkable breed that completely changed the direction of my life. At the time, there was very little reliable information available, so I decided to create the resource I wished had existed when I first started.

Since then, I've discovered that my love of learning extends far beyond dogs. Sometimes that journey leads me to explore new technology like artificial intelligence. Other times it's animal care, breeding, self-publishing, or another subject that sparks my curiosity. I don't follow trends; I follow genuine interest.

SV Digital Publishing is simply a home for the things I learn along the way.

You'll probably find more animal books here than anything else, because animals have always been a big part of my life. But you'll also find practical guides on other topics whenever I discover something worth sharing.

I don't aim to build the biggest library. I want to build a genuinely helpful library of books written from curiosity, experience, and a desire to make learning easier for others.

If one of my books saves you time, teaches you something new, or gives you the confidence to try something you never thought you could, then it has done exactly what I hoped it would.

Thank you for visiting, and I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I have.
