Gifting The Experience

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. No exceptions. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or transfer of the session.

All session purchases are final and non-refundable.

Please ensure you are ready and available for your scheduled session before purchasing.

Sessions are not transferable to another person without prior written consent.

All information requested for your session must be provided no later than 72 hours before your scheduled session.

This allows sufficient time for the session to be prepared properly. Failure to provide the required information within this timeframe may affect the ability to conduct the session as intended and does not create an entitlement to a refund.

No. Sessions may not be recorded.

This includes audio, video, screen recording, transcription, or any other method of recording the session without prior written permission.

Can I have someone else present during my session?

Sessions are intended to be conducted directly with the individual who booked the session. Please contact me in advance if another person needs to participate.

The reading is specific to the individual receiving it. Sharing or having another person present during the reading may interfere with the process and with what is being specifically picked up for you.

For this reason, sessions should be experienced privately and without outside participation unless agreed upon in advance.

Is the session guaranteed to be accurate?

These sessions are an interpretive and intuitive process. No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, interpretations, predictions, or results, and satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.

The session is intended as an exploration and perspective — not as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated advice.

If you are purchasing a session for someone else, please provide the recipient's:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• WhatsApp number, if applicable
• Any other information specifically requested for the session

The recipient must also agree to participate in the session.

A missed session is treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice and is therefore non-refundable.

If you experience an unexpected circumstance, you may contact me, but any accommodation is at my discretion and is not guaranteed.

Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection and access to the required device before your appointment.

If a technical issue occurs on my end, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected portion of the session.
