Most women today have done some inner work — therapy, journaling, maybe even plant medicine or trauma-informed spaces — but still find themselves stuck in loops.
They keep attracting emotional chaos.
They know better, but still abandon themselves.
They have language around “boundaries” and “healing,”
but their energy still leaks at the first sign of love, fear, or intensity. Why?
Because they were taught to manage trauma — not recode it. To talk about their patterns — not burn through them. To play small and call it “safety.”
To call survival “growth.” To be palatable instead of powerful.
My work breaks that.
This isn’t about mindset shifts or self-help rituals.
It’s not a safe circle or a soft space to cry in.
It’s energetic weaponry for the woman who’s done performing peace while she burns inside.
