About Me
I’m Justin Abercrombie. I’m a professional cook, a husband, a dad, and someone who believes feeding people is one of the simplest ways we can take care of each other.
I created SAFE ENOUGH because I love someone who struggles with ARFID. I wanted to understand what they were experiencing and learn how I could make food easier without turning eating into another source of pressure.
I’m not a doctor, therapist, or dietitian. I’m a cook. What I know is food, consistency, preparation, problem-solving, and feeding people with care.
SAFE ENOUGH is my way of putting those skills to work for people who may need them.
If it helps someone eat one thing today, or helps someone better understand a person they love, then it did what I hoped it would do.
Safe is enough. Delicious is allowed. Progress is personal. Food is not a test.
