I wasn’t built in comfort.

I was raised in South Central Los Angeles, came up in the streets, became involved in gang life, and spent years behind prison walls—including time in solitary confinement. I know what it means to survive environments that can harden a man, sharpen him, and destroy him at the same damn time.

But survival was never supposed to be the final destination.

I became a father. A leader. A construction superintendent. A personal trainer. A life coach. A student of the mind, the body, the shadow, spirit, discipline, and human transformation.

I didn’t learn these principles because they sounded good in a book.

I learned them because my life kept putting them on trial.

Sagrado Outlaw was born from that fire.

I work with men who are tired of carrying strength on the outside while fighting wars nobody sees on the inside. Men who know there is another version of themselves buried underneath trauma, conditioning, fear, anger, loyalty, ego, and survival.

I’m not here to make men comfortable.

I’m here to remind them of their power—and demand that they become responsible enough to carry it.

God Body. God Mind. God Soul.

I believe a man should be disciplined enough to control himself, conscious enough to know himself, spiritual enough to answer to something higher than his ego, and dangerous enough to protect what he loves.

That is the work.

That is the code.
