Sam was born in Guildford, Surrey in 1973. Both his parents moved away from London to the south-west of England where he grew up in the small village of South Petherton. He now lives a stone's throw from the Mendip Hills, near Bristol.
He graduated in 1998 with a degree in Social Science from the University of the West of England and later trained as a primary school teacher, graduating from London South Bank University in 2003.
He has been writing poetry and fiction for over twenty years and lives with his partner, two children and two cats. http://NA
