I’m Sam — a retired teacher turned home baker, recipe creator, and the heart behind Sam’s Baked & Blessed Bakery.

Baking has always been about so much more than food for me. It’s about bringing people together, creating memories, sharing a little kindness, and blessing others with something made from the heart.

Here you’ll find some of my favorite tried-and-loved recipes, sourdough creations, baking guides, and resources I’ve developed in my own kitchen. My goal is to take some of the guesswork out of baking and help you create something delicious that you’ll be proud to share with your own family, friends, customers, and community.
