I've always wanted to help people from a very young age! From growing up in an abusive family setting both physical and verbal, I was always the one to stand up and speak out and fight back!

Here I am doing the same thing from the deception that society tries to confuse us and deceive us from the truth! Our health is so important and life has shown me nutrition is the key to our vitality and quality of life. Its inevitable we will all die, but we can either thrive or suffer through this gift of life god has given us.
