Refund Policy

Because every artwork I create is unique and often one-of-a-kind, I want to ensure that each collector feels fully supported while also protecting the integrity of original pieces.


Returns

I offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. You have 14 days from the date you receive your artwork to request a return.

To be eligible, the artwork must be in the exact condition it was received—unused, unhung, and in its original packaging (including any protective materials). You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back securely. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours at sarahproutart@protonmail.com with clear photos so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because original artwork cannot be replaced identically, approved damaged-item claims may be resolved with a refund or store credit, depending on availability.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis only.
  • Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Digital products are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because all original artworks are unique and cannot be exchanged for identical replacements, the fastest way to receive another piece is to complete a return (if eligible) and make a separate purchase.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
