Shipping Policy
I’m so excited to ship your artwork to you. It means so much that you’ve chosen to bring one of my pieces into your home. As an art lover myself, I know how transformative a single piece can be — it shifts the energy of an entire space.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling and preparation before your order ships.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
- During the holiday season, transit times may extend to 5–10 business days.
- All transit times depend on the carrier. If your package is delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact sarahproutart@protonmail.com within 48 hours so I can open an investigation with the carrier.
Because each original artwork is one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not be possible. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, I will work with you on a suitable resolution, which may include a refund.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email sarahproutart@protonmail.com within 48 hours, including clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Since original artworks cannot be recreated identically, I will offer either a refund or a credit toward another piece, depending on availability and the nature of the damage.
International Orders
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
