Order processing varies depending on the item that you order. For non-brand items, it takes a period of at least 4 business days for the processing of the order and then it is shipped out.
For brand name items, it takes 5-7 business days for clothing items and an additional 2 business days for luggage and customized items.
We use USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. All orders are tracked, and you are informed that the item is delivered.
NOTE: Sassy & Classy Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your item is not present at your home, you will want to reach out to the mail carrier for further assistance.
There are numerous items that we sell and all of the items are not on the website for that reason. If you want to purchase anything named brand, you will be sent a PayPal link or invoice to remit payment due to those items being on the site.
