1. Scope of Services

We provide professional digital services, including research, analysis, optimization, and technical organization as described in the service description or invoice.

• Non-Destructive Approach: Our services focus strictly on execution, technical cleanup, and structured delivery based on the input provided. We do not alter your core specifications, branding guidelines, or baseline requirements unless explicitly requested and agreed upon in writing.

2. Delivery

• Delivery Method: Deliverables will be provided in standard digital formats (e.g., .pdf, .pptx, .xlsx, or digital documents) via the agreed delivery platform.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

• Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the project shall belong completely and exclusively to the Client.

• Pre-existing Materials: The Client retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all source materials, data, trademarks, and documentation provided to us for the performance of the Services.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties acknowledge that project materials may contain sensitive business information. We maintain strict standards of data privacy:

• Definition: "Confidential Information" includes all source data, briefs, brand guidelines, documents, research inputs, and communications shared by the Client.

• Obligation: The Service Provider will hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and will not disclose, sell, or share it with any third party without prior written consent.

5. Fees and Payment

• Project Fee: Services are provided on a project or package basis. Fees are calculated based on a flat rate or fixed project scope as specified in your invoice or checkout page.

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and work has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered files or reports. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
