1. Production Time vs Shipping Time
Production time is how long it takes us to make your order.
Shipping time is how long it takes the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) to deliver it once it leaves our hands. These are two separate timelines.
2. Business Hours Matter
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
So if you order at 7PM, it’s considered the next day in our system.
3. Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday. We don’t count weekends in production or processing time unless otherwise stated.
4. Saturday Delivery = Extra Fee
Need it to arrive on a Saturday? No problem just know it requires an additional shipping fee. Saturday delivery isn’t standard with most carriers.
