Scarov D. Victor is a passionate and courageous 21st century leader who advocates for discipleship, mentorship and education within the communities that he serves. He is the founder of Victorious Worship and Word creating a platform for youth to showcase their God-given talents. Through this ministry he has seen many lives changed and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Scarov, an ordained Pastor, youth advocate and mentor, and he is also the husband of Cashna and father to Emery. Formerly serving as Youth and Young Adults Pastor and numerous other positions throughout his 10+ years of ministry, Scarov finds his heart fulfilled through servitude in the areas of public speaking and other initiatives. One of his greatest beliefs is that a life well lived must include higher education, edification and empowerment.
