All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after purchase. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on Royal Mail or the chosen courier service.

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict hygiene-based returns policy.

We cannot accept returns on any fragrance decants, atomisers, or opened products once they have been used or opened.

📦 Unopened Items

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition.
